What you're buying
Search Roadmap LLC sells a digital download containing educational tools and templates designed to help you audit and evaluate your PPC advertising accounts. This is not software as a service. It is a one-time purchase that you download and use on your own.
Your responsibility
You are fully responsible for any actions you take on your advertising accounts as a result of using our products. Search Roadmap LLC provides educational tools, not account management. We do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for any changes made to your accounts, whether intentional or accidental.
License and usage
All digital products sold through Search Roadmap LLC are licensed exclusively for use by the purchaser and their immediate organization. This license is non-transferable. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly share, or make any purchased files available to any individual or entity outside your organization. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of Search Roadmap LLC materials constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages and injunctive relief. If you suspect unauthorized distribution of Search Roadmap LLC materials, please contact info@searchroadmap.com.
Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you've gone through the setup process, deployed the agent on your account, and genuinely feel the product did not deliver value, contact us at info@searchroadmap.com and we'll make it right. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
